The Calacatta Gold at the heart of Empire carries the geological signature of the Apuan Alps — a warm ivory ground crossed by amber and taupe veins that migrated through the stone over millions of years. No two slabs share the same composition.
Empire began as a study in reduction. Working from a single block, the atelier's stone carver spent three weeks removing everything that was not the table. What remains is not minimalism — it is inevitability. The form the stone always contained.
The Empire is offered in four marble selections, each hand-chosen for the quality of its veining. Every stone transforms the piece — from the luminous warmth of Calacatta to the commanding depth of Nero Marquina.

Yes. The standard Empire is 120 × 60 × 38 cm, but we regularly produce pieces to client-specified dimensions. Share your requirements in your inquiry and our design team will advise on feasibility and structural considerations.
The Empire is offered in polished, honed, and brushed finishes, with availability varying by stone. Calacatta Gold and Nero Marquina accept all three. Verde Alpi is typically honed. Travertine Roman is most beautiful left honed with its natural voids open. We can arrange sample dispatch to assist your decision.
For everyday care, wipe with a damp cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic substances such as wine, citrus, or vinegar. We recommend sealing the surface annually with an impregnating stone sealer. Detailed care instructions are provided with every piece.
Absolutely. We can dispatch hand-cut material samples to your studio or home. Include your address and preferred stones in your inquiry. We encourage clients to experience the marble firsthand — the difference between screen and stone is significant.
Yes. Every Empire is crated, insured, and delivered by specialist stone logistics partners worldwide. White-glove installation — including placement, levelling, and final inspection — is available upon request.
